Mind to heart
This path comes from the desire to share messages from our hearts. Each of us deserves to be heard.
That is why I wanted to create a unique path in the Maureen world.
I believe it is important to gain awareness and meaning and above all to make contact with the deepest part of each of us: our heart, our true essence. To learn to stand out for who we are and what we feel: emotions, thoughts, words, colors.
First part:
1) Introduction: cognitive moment.
2) Meditation and inner listening: we will turn off the mind and get in touch with the heart.
3) Card reading: color, symbol, word.
4) Sharing of responses.
Second Part:
A few days after our meeting, I will send you a summary PDF in which you will find the detailed explanation of the meaning of the color, symbol, word you extracted during our counseling and some useful tips to use in your life and work, to really feel yourself.

Before telling you what to do, please notice that you have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. Please note that no returns will be accepted after the 14 days free return window.
Returns have a cost of € 10,00 and it will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Here below the steps to follow to return an item:
- Make sure that the product you want to return is in its original condition, clean and unworn, and with its original package
- Write us an email at this address: info@maureenfachinetti.com telling why you want to return the item and, if it is damaged or defective, attach some photo to let us see the problem
- We analyse the request and, if the request is accepted we positively reply you, sending you the new shipping label you have to attach on the package
- Then, you have to place the product in the original package and apply the shipping label you have received via email
- The courier come to you to pick up the package
- Once your package is received, the products will pass through our quality check process. If the return matches our criteria, we will write you a notification and your refund will be processed.
The refund will be made within 14 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Once your refund has been issued, it might take some days for you to see it in your statement.
We strive to give you the best shipping service to make you happy and satisfied. We ship in Italy and in the rest of Europe.
For Italy, we offer the free express shipping to Italy up to 150€ min. order.
For the rest of Europe, we offer two different options:
Free express shipping – Minimum spending 200€, your package will arrive in 1-2 working days
€ 15,00 standard shipping – Your package will arrive in 5 working days
We only ship on weekdays.
To cancel or modify your order, contact us at this email address info@maureenfachinetti.com within 8 hours from the placement of your order. Please, be aware that no cancellation or modification can be accepted if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 8 hours mentioned before.
When your order arrive, please carefully control your package before accepting it. If, for any reason, the package does not appear intact, you are requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
